Established in 1913, restaurant “Tsutamo” has been carrying down Japanese traditional cuisine and the spirit of hospitality for over 100 years. The restaurant is located the center of Nagoya City, Sakae district. At the place, the bustle of the big city disappears…your heart will be relaxed by graceful appearance of Tsutamo.

そんな蔦茂でいただく料理は、どれをとっても優雅なそのもの。昼食は美味しい板前割烹と、本格会席をリーズナブルな価格でご提供いたします。割烹では五法（生・煮・蒸・焼・揚）の五品と釜炊きご飯にデザートを付けて。会席は季節の厳選食材をバランス良く使い華やかに仕上げます。
The elegance can be found every dish Tsutamo serves. Tsutamo offers delicious kappou(Japanese cooking) and authentic kaiseki(Japanese traditional) dishes by skilled chef called as “Itamae” at lunch time with reasonable price. Kappou course contains five dishes with five method – raw, simmering, steaming, baking, and frying with kettle cooked rice and a dessert. Kaiseki have gorgeous look with seasonal selected ingredients.
 

夜席の料理長おまかせコースは旬の恵みを“瞬間”の料理で供す板前割烹。旬会席コースは、その時期にしか味わえない旬味彩々の本格日本料理。食を楽しむひとときと、季節の旬味との出会いを、存分に堪能できるのです。
Chef’s choice dinner is Itamae kappo course with seasonal ingredients which the best season are very short. Seasonal kaiseki course offers you authentic traditional Japanese dishes with limited to each season. You will have your fill of delicious moment with seasonal taste.
 

老舗料亭でありながらも、時代に合わせてその空間はかたちを変え、今は一階はカウンター割烹として、二階は個室・広間として御利用いただけるようになっています。個室は6～14名、広間は最大40名まで可能ですから、御利用の際はお問い合わせください。
While keeping its tradition, Tsutamo changes its space with the times. The ground floor room is the counter bar style kappo, the second floor rooms are available as private rooms and banquet halls. 6-14 people available in each private room and up to 40 people available in banquet hall.
