三重県桑名市長島町にある、長良川水辺の夢の村、色とりどりの花が鮮やかに咲き誇るナガシマリゾート「なばなの里」です。

9,000平米の大温室ベゴニアガーデンでは、大輪のベゴニアをはじめ、世界各国から集められた数百種・12,000株の花々が栽培されています。足を踏み入れたとたんに、赤、黄色、オレンジ、白、緑・・・あふれんばかりの色で埋め尽くされた華麗な花園に圧倒されることでしょう。
In the Begonia garden in a large greenhouse on 9,000 meters-square site, Hundreds breeds of flowers are cultivated there, starting with large flowered begonia and collected from all over the world. Once you stepped in, you find you are in full of red, yellow, orange, white and green… you will take your breath away with overflowing color of flowers.
5月上旬から6月下旬のバラまつりは、みどころのひとつです。ベゴニアガーデンにあるバラ園は、小川が流れ、約800種類4,000株以上のバラが植えられています。パラソルやポール、アーチ、東屋にもツルバラが伸び、目の前にも、見上げた時にも、あなたの目に映るのは大輪の薔薇たちです。美しさと共に、芳潤な香りに包まれ、まるで秘密の花園に迷い込んだようです。
Rose festival, held on from early May to late June is the highlight event of the place. The rose garden has the creek and about 800 breeds, over 4000 roses. Climbing rose covers parasols, poles, arches and pergolas over, you can see large flowered roses everywhere. It is like the Secret Garden with beautiful roses and fresh fragrance.
なばなの里は10月から、もうひとつの楽しみが始まります。3年連続イルミネーションランキング1位、2年連続プロフェッショナルパフォーマンス部門1位を獲得した、光の演出イルミネーションです。
Nabana no sato also hold a good event start from October. It is the illumination performance, nominated No.1 illumination ranking, 3 years in a row and won the first place of professional performance 2 years in a row.
華回廊は「死ぬまでに行きたい！世界の絶景」にも選ばれた光のトンネルです。約200メートルにわたり、あたたかで柔らかな光に包まれます。
And you should visit Hana Kairou(flower gallery), an illuminated tunnel, nominated as “world’s best view on bucket list”. It is 200 meters long, warm and soft lights surround you.
こちらは「JAPAN」～日本の情景～です。日本の象徴ともいうべき富士山をはじめ、浮世絵や昔ばなしからインスピレーションを受けたイルミネーションが壮大なスケールで広がります。白糸の滝、紅富士、鳥居、竜宮城などがイルミネーションで映し出されていきます。この写真は、江戸旅情浮世絵・荒波・黒富士、青富士、銀富士を「静と動」でダイナミックに表現しています。
This is “Japan – Japanese scenery”. The illuminations with Mt. Fuji, the symbolic mountain, various illuminations inspired by ukiyoe and folklores – you can enjoy magnificent scale pictures drawn by light. Shiraito Falls, beni fuji(red Mt. Fuji), torii gate, ryugujo(palace of dragon king, appears in folklore) and so on…
In this picture shows some scenes dynamically, such as travelling Edo(old name of Tokyo), raging waves, three colored fuji – black, blue and silver according to season and climate .
